Simon Jordan insists Antonio Conte or Diego Simeone would win the Premier League title with Manchester United.
The Red Devils have not won a top-flight crown since Alex Ferguson retired from management back in 2013.
Under current boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, United are in second place, but trail leaders Man City by 11 points.
And Jordan reckons Inter Milan boss Conte or Atletico Madrid manager Simeone, who are both proven winners, would fare better than Solskjaer at Old Trafford.
Asked by Danny Murphy which manager could boss United and overtake Man City under Pep Guardiola, Jordan told talkSPORT: “Conte and Simeone.
“The answer is, it depends, because Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn’t have the gravitas with Manchester United to get the players he really wants.
“Man United should have a [new] centre-forward. They should spend £100million on buying a centre-forward.
“Why haven’t they got one? Why did they sell [Romelu] Lukaku two years ago and not replace him?
“That’s down to the level of leverage the manager has and the relationship he has.
“That comes from the track record of winning things, which our boy doesn’t have except at Molde!”
Conte has won league titles in England and Italy with Chelsea and Juventus, while Simeone fought off Barcelona and Real Madrid to win LaLiga with Atletico Madrid in 2014.
