Solskjaer’s side have won nine more points away from Old Trafford than at home in the Premier League this season

They’ve taken 28 points out of a possible 36 on the road in the league this term with their latest outing seeing them draw at West Brom.

Despite the disappointing result, it’s Man United’s away record that has kept them in the conversation to challenge Manchester City but it also preserves a very impressive club record.

Man United’s 1-1 draw at the Hawthorns has seen them go 19 away Premier League matches unbeaten and they’re one away from equalling Chelsea’s record set between December 2007 and December 2008.

Below you can see the longest Premier League unbeaten away records for every club currently in the top flight, with thanks to Spreadex.

However, it’s still a while before Solskjaer’s side can think about claiming the all-time Premier League record which belongs to Arsenal, who went 27 away matches without defeat between April 2003 and September 2004.
