The Red Devils fell apart in the 2-0 victory over Kazakhstan, but the problem was played down and not serious

During Les Bleus’ 2-0 win over Kazakhstan last weekend, Manchester United was pulled off its pitch with a knee problem.

Martial will not be available for the final international break in France for the World Cup, but Deschamps is certain that the issue is not “any urgent matter” that will help Manchester United.

In the lead up to the clash with Bosnia-Herzegovina, Didier Deschamps issued reports about the injury of Anthony Martial.

WHAT WAS IT TOLD?

“THERE’S A LITTLE PROBLEM ON ANTHONY’S KNEE. “THE FRENCH HEAD COACH SAID AT THE PRE-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE AS TO WHETHER HE WILL FACE BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA IS NOT YET DETERMINED.”

“A little longer, he would not participate in the training session. Tomorrow we’ll see (Wednesday). Both serious stuff were refused.

“WE HAVE DONE SOME EXPERIMENTS, BUT THE DISCOMFORT STILL REMAINS AND IT DIDN’T SUPPORT US DRIVING AS LONG AS WE HAD.”

IS MARTIAL FOR MAN UTD AVAILABLE?

As Martial fights Bosnia and Herzegovina on Wednesday, it remains to be seen if the French man will not be willing to resume the Premier League.

On Sunday, the Red Devils welcome Old Trafford to Brighton as they keep pace on the table with Manchester City and cannot manage to breathe down in their neck with Leicester City and Chelsea.

With Deschamps admitting that Martial’s injury is not too bad, it is possible for Brighton to face up to the prospects, with the Europa League quarterfinals after four days against Granada.

IN 2020-21 HOW DID MARTIAL DO?

In all contests for United, Martial achieved 23 career-high goals last season, and he was scheduled to create and take No.9 in Starting XI of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

But this word, with the position challenged by the old frontman Edinson Cavani, was unlikely for the Frenchman to meet the same high expectations.

Martial has seven targets on her behalf from 36 tournaments during this season, including four in the Premier League.
