The Champions League in 2020-21 has reached the market stage of the contest and the knockout round is marked by very little mistake.

There are currently only 8 teams left as the quest for European royalties continues.

WHEN IS THE QUARTER-FINAL DRAW FOR THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2020-21?

The quarter-final event of the Champions League will be held at 11am GMT on Friday, 19th March 2021. (7am ET).

As usual at UEFA’s offices in Nyon, Switzerland, the draw will be held at the House of European Football.

WHOSE TEAMS ARE IN THE POT OF A QUARTER-FINAL DRAW IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE:

When the final 16 finishes were finalised on March 17 the name of the teams in the hat for the Champions League quarter-final draw was finalised.

The following table shows qualified teams.

It is an open draw, which means that the seeds are not in place, and country defence that was in place for the last 16 is not applicable.

For eg, a Klassiker quarter-final with Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund or a collision between the entire Prime Minister’s League and Munich might be noticeable.

WHEN WILL CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2020-21 QUARTER-FINAL GAMES BE PLAYED?

The quarter-final ties will be played across two legs. The first legs will be played on April 6 and 7, with the second legs being played a week later on April 13 and 14.

SEMIFINALS & FINALS?

In addition to the quarter-finals draw, UEFA will also finish the semifinals on 19 March, so that we can see the way to the finals clearly.

A draw will also be held to decide the “Home” and “Away” teams for the final after completing administrative formalities.
